Customized Engineering Assessment
Customization assessment focuses on application conditions and engineering feasibility. The key is to determine whether the adjustments can be reliably implemented within the existing manufacturing system and whether they will affect batch consistency, manufacturing stability, or long-term supply.
OEM Collaboration Method
OEM projects utilize the same engineering, manufacturing, and quality processes as regular production. The collaboration method does not alter the existing execution structure.
Demand confirmation to mass production
After requirements confirmation, engineering evaluation and sample verification are conducted. Mass production only begins when the sample conditions can be reliably reproduced.
Change and Consistency Management
Adjustments in custom projects require re-evaluation of their impact on manufacturing and consistency. Changes that have not been evaluated will not proceed to the execution phase.
